Delete your account

You can delete your Phantasos account at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

In the app or on the website

  1. Sign in and open Settings.
  2. Choose “Delete my account”.
  3. Type DELETE to confirm. If you signed in more than 10 minutes ago, you'll be asked to sign in again.

Email privacy@phantasos.eu from the address linked to your account and ask us to delete it. We reply within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • All your dreams, reflections, tags and moods
  • Voice recordings
  • Generated images and films
  • Your content reports
  • Your profile, credit balance and your consent to process sensitive content
  • Your sign-in account

What we keep

  • Billing records — payments, memberships, invoices and the credit purchase history — for the period required by French and EU tax law (up to 10 years).
  • Your checkout consent records (your request for immediate access and the waiver of the 14-day withdrawal right), kept with those billing records for the same period, because they prove the waiver.
  • Any active membership is cancelled straight away; no further payments are taken.
