Privacy notice

• Account data: your email address and sign-in identifiers.
• Dream content: the text you write, the voice notes you record, and the artwork or films generated from them.
• Mood and tag selections you add to an entry.
• Membership data: subscription status and billing identifiers held by Stripe.
• Technical data: device, browser and error diagnostics.

To run your journal, transcribe your voice notes, generate visuals and interpretations, manage your membership, keep the service secure, and — with your consent — measure how Phantasos is used so we can improve it.

Only the processors needed to run the service: our cloud and database host, our AI providers for transcription, image, film and interpretation generation, and Stripe for payments. We do not sell your data and we never sell or share your dream content for advertising.

Dream entries, audio, artwork and films are stored in a private bucket and protected by row-level rules so only your account can read them. Administrators can see aggregate counts and account emails for support purposes, not your dream content, unless you ask us to look at a specific entry.

Entries stay until you delete them or close your account. Deleting your account removes your dreams, audio and generated media. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.

We process your data under GDPR / UK GDPR. Our legal bases are: performance of a contract (running your journal and membership), consent (voice transcription, optional cookies, analytics), and legitimate interests (security and abuse prevention).

• Access, correct, delete or export your data.
• Withdraw consent at any time, including cookie consent.
• Object to or restrict processing.
• Lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.

Where data is transferred outside the EEA or UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses with our processors.
