Terms of service

Phantasos is provided by C.S. VENTURE LAB (SASU — Société par actions simplifiée à associé unique, 130 812 811 RCS Le Puy-en-Velay, registered office 4 Rue du Pensionnat Notre-Dame de France, Cité du Numérique, 43000 Le Puy-en-Velay, France). By creating an account you enter into a contract with C.S. Venture Lab.

Phantasos is a private dream journal. You can record dreams by text or voice, add moods, receive AI-generated interpretations, generate artwork and browse a symbol library.

Interpretations, artwork and symbol meanings are generated automatically by AI models or calculations. They are reflective and entertaining content, not facts, predictions of future events, or medical, psychological, diagnostic or therapeutic advice. Do not rely on them for decisions about your health, safety, finances or relationships. If you are struggling, contact a qualified professional or emergency services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Phantasos, and you confirm this when creating an account. We do not ask for identity documents. Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can sign in with email and password or with Google.

You keep ownership of everything you write, record or upload and of your dream entries. You grant C.S. Venture Lab a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process and display your content solely to operate Phantasos for you — including sending it to our AI providers to produce interpretations and images. You must not submit illegal content or content that infringes others' rights.

• Free: text journaling and interpretations.
• Dreamer: €9 per month or €79 per year, including voice recording and image generation. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled.
• Credits: prepaid packs (50 credits for €5, 120 for €10, 300 for €22). Credits are used for paid generations such as artwork at the prices shown in the app before you confirm. New accounts receive a small number of welcome credits. Credits have no cash value, except for refunds under your statutory withdrawal right, and cannot be used outside Phantasos. All prices include applicable VAT.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; your card details are entered in Stripe's secure checkout and never reach our servers. Prices are shown before payment, including any applicable taxes.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the Membership page (via the Stripe customer portal); it stays active until the end of the paid period and then does not renew.

EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. You lose this right only if, at checkout, you tick the box requesting immediate access and acknowledging the loss of the withdrawal right, and you then start using the paid features. We send a confirmation of this by email. Otherwise you can withdraw within 14 days by writing to support@phantasos.eu. If a paid generation fails, the credits are automatically returned.

We aim to keep Phantasos available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI features may be refused by providers' safety filters. We may change features or prices; price changes for subscriptions apply from the next renewal and will be communicated in advance.

You may stop using Phantasos at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or the law, after notice where reasonable.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights. Otherwise, C.S. Venture Lab is not liable for indirect losses or for decisions taken on the basis of AI-generated content.

These terms are governed by French law. The French version of these terms is the reference version; translations are provided for convenience. This does not affect the mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country of residence. Please contact us first at privacy@phantasos.eu; consumers may also bring disputes before the competent courts.
